How do I make a reservation ?

How early do I need to make a reservation ?

For airport pick-ups we recommend 24 hours prior reservations. However, last

minute orders can be considered depending upon the availability of cars. 

Reservations for weddings, special events and charters are requested as soon as possible.

What is your cancellation policy ?

Airport trips must be cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the reservation pick-up time

or the trip will be charged in full. Weddings must be cancelled 30 days prior and all

other charters 10 days prior to the reservation or will be charged full excluding gratuity.

However, deposits upon reservations on weddings and charters are non refundable.

Do you charge waiting time ?

Yes. Waiting time is charged at $10 for every 15 minutes. There is no waiting time for charters,

which are billed on hourly basis. No waiting time for pick-ups at O'Hare and Midway as well.

Do you charge for extra stops ?

Yes. Extra stops are charged at $15 per stop which are in line. For extra stops that are not in line,

please call office for the quote.

What are the other fees you charge for ?

Airport trips are charged additional $ 2 airport departure tax. Other than airport tax,

there is no additional fees.

Do you provide car seats for infants or booser seat for kids ?

No, we do not provide infant's car seats or child's booster seats.

You need to bring your own child seat requiring one.

Our chauffeurs will help you fix the child seat/s in the car.
